Booking
All fees must be paid in full at the time of booking. We accept payment by credit/debit card through PayPal or direct via a PayPal account. All prices include VAT, use of equipment and ingredients. Places are booked on a first-come-first-served basis upon receipt of payment.
On booking and paying for a course you will receive a booking confirmation by email. We will also ask for details of the attendee (whether yourself or someone else) such as (but not limited to) full name, email address, contact number and any specific dietary requirements. No contact will be made with the attendee on booking to preserve the surprise of a "gift" purchase.
Please note that courses are only available to attendees aged 16 years and over.
Whist we endeavour to provide exactly what our course descriptions suggest they may be subject to change if ingredients are not available.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers can be redeemed against any course, with space still available, up to the date printed on the voucher. To redeem your gift voucher, please email us with the full name of the original purchaser and the unique voucher code supplied when the purchase was made.
Gift vouchers not redeemed by the date printed on the voucher cannot be credited towards a course that takes place after that date and all monies paid will be forfeited.
Allergies and specific needs
When booking a place on a course, you will be required to give the name and contact details of the person attending the course, along with any special instructions with regard to allergies and specific needs. We will try to adapt the course to suit an individual’s allergies and specific needs wherever possible, however, this may not be possible for every course. All requests for adaptations to accommodate specific needs must be made not less than one week before the course date. Failure to do so could result in the cancelling of your booking with the loss of all fees paid.
Health & Safety
Your safety on our courses is of the utmost importance and we will provide supervision and guidance whilst you are with us. However, we are cooking with live fire and using sharp implements in an outdoor kitchen environment. We cannot accept liability for any injury caused by not following our guidance or any injury caused in the normal use of a kitchen environment. By booking onto one of our courses you accept this is your responsibility.
Cancellation Policy
Please note, all courses are non-refundable.
If you cannot attend a course for whatever reason, please contact us by email giving as much notice as possible:
